The USM Chapter of Home Builders is dedicated to students who have interest in, and want to work in, the home building industry upon graduation from USM. Activities include field trips to residential job sites, attending a State products fair each Spring, and attending the National Association of Home Builders national convention.

The organization offers three to five scholarships per year to club members based on financial need and academic achievements.

Dues are $25 per year: $15 for the local chapter, and $10 for the national office.
